The creation of your own personal Manufactured Harmonic center is one of the highlights of any of the crafts.  Listed to the left are links for the resources needed to more accurately create your own center.  Through the materials links you will find the Textbooks and logs for the centers; through the workshops link you will find online class registrations to teach you how to build a center step by step; and if you prefer face to face instruction you can follow the list of instructors link to find a teacher in your area for classes.  Below is a description of basic Harmonic centers from the introduction to the M.H.C. workbook.
"A Manufactured Harmonic Center (M.H.C.) comes in as many different forms as the practitioners that use them.  This book is designed to help any level practitioner create their own sources of energy efficiently, while fine tuning the frequencies to the user.  Using the worksheets and walkthrough setup sections the practitioner will have the ability to harness the exhilaration of spring breezes and the desire of wonderlust in the fall throughout the year.

To begin with the culture of the M.H.C. and those who create them.  They are designed much the same way a house is, its all according to personal task and resource availability.  There are some practitioners that create elaborate worlds to escape to but most will use a small spare room or basement.  The smaller rooms work just as well and allow the practitioner to construct their area within their means, both financially and in maintenance time spent.  There are a hand full of individuals who could have their balanced needs meet in an area no bigger than a closet (not recommended), and others that needs are a great deal more.

The most elaborate M.H.C. that is known to us started with the building of an addition to the practitioners home. The floor layout was stone and concrete including a small inlayed pond, coble stones and a substantial portion was left as earth.  The outer walls had footers set into the ground to help keep the temperature of the ground inside at the same level as the rest of the center.  The walls where open reinforced glass half way up supported by the stone wall giving an open view and allowing plenty of light in, a large percentage required for this specific practitioner.  As it was set up and the trees where put in, there was also a small family group of chipmunks added when the fish where added to the pond.  There was a separate ventilation system added over a small stone fire circle.  This was a very costly center to set up and it was not to a functional frequency for 8 months.  This is just to illustrate the extremes people have gone to for their M.H.C..  Most of the centers have been completed to an operational degree within the first month, and these smaller centers are much simpler to fine tune.

Though there are several ways to set the center up, to begin the practitioner should be thinking about where they will be putting their center.  As they read through the rest of this text they should be thinking about the areas they have available to them and the place they would have to themselves.  Though it is covered in a later section of this book a new practitioner should not attempt the setup of a center out side.  Keeping that in mind, while reading through the basic setup concepts for the center the practitioner needs to be planning the location and steps they will take for the completion.  Further assistance can be found online at MythrilMages.com, there are consultations and advice available for practitioners who are struggling with the balance or difficulty containing a larger percentile elemental requirements.
